Limp Bizkit is a band from Jacksonville, Florida. They started out in late 1994. Fred Durst and Sam Rivers were friends and they met up and then Sam suggested his cousin, John Otto, play the drums for the band. Then later Wes Borland was brought into the picture and Limp Bizkit was started. They got their name when Fred was talking to his friend (and now roadie) and he said his brain was like a limp biscuit. And Fred decided he liked it and made that their band's name (Limp Bizkit). About a half a year before 3 Dollar Bill, Yall$ came out, they enlisted the help of DJ Lethal (formerly of House of Pain) and remade all of the songs to fit him in and then released the album that we all know and love
Limp Bizkit just finished recording their album titled Significant Other after years of touring. They are going on tour with Kid Rock and the Twisted Brown Trucker Band around the time of the release. They are also billed for this summer's Woodstock 99' as well as headlining the next Family Values tour. Look for them in a city near you.
